A fly landed on US Vice President, Mike Pence’s head during the vice presidential debate last night, October 7 and it has become the star of the show as most viewers are commenting on it.

As Mike Pence went head-to-head with Kamala Harris during the debate, the fly perched on Pence’s head for over one minute.

Viewers quickly took to social media to talk about the fly while using the opportunity to slam Mike Pence.

Beyonce’s mum, Tina Knowles Lawson shared a photo of the fly on Mike Pence’s head and wrote:

Flies are attracted to all types of Sh_t including bullsh_t!!!!”

Sarah Jessica Parker wrote: “Is that a fly???? On his head. I think that is a fly. Not sure if anyone else is watching. Or caught that. Hmmm…”

Pete Souza, former White House photographer during Obama’s tenure, shared photos of Barack Obama swatting a fly and compared him to Mike Pence.

Restaurant in the US places curses on customers who block their toilets

A restaurant in the United States of America left an unusual notice in their restroom that customers consider inappropriate.

The notice was seen in Finger Licking Restaurant on Bissonet Street in Houston, Texas. It warned customers against blocking their toilet and placed a curse on anyone who does so.

God will block your blessings if you keep blocking the toilet with excess tissue,” the notice reads.

It adds:

“Use minimal amount of tissue and throw excesses in the trash can provided. Use the trash can provided for sanitary pad. baby diaper, and wipes and hand towel.”

A shocked customer who spoke to LIB said the notice is “so inappropriate” and added that it’s even more shocking that such was seen in the United States of America.

Nigeria, US, others excluded from list of travelers permitted to enter Europe from July 1

Ahead of the planned reopening of its borders to international travelers on July 1, the European Union Commission has released a list of 54 countries that qualify for travels into Europe and Nigeria is conspicuously absent. reports that citizens from Nigeria, Brazil, Qatar, the US and Russia would not be allowed to travel into Europe until such a time when the epidemiological situation in their countries with regards to COVID-19 improves.

According to the report, the countries whose citizens have been granted permits into Europe include Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Australia, Bahamas, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Canada.

Others listed are Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Saint Lucia, Serbia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vatican City, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Dominica, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Lebanon and Mauritius.

Speaking on the development, Eric Manner, the EU Commission spokesman, said the union had the right to choose who would enter its borders. He added that it was based on health criteria.

“The European Union has an internal process to determine from which countries it would be safe to accept travellers” he said

The EU commission on June 11, presented its recommendation on the reopening of internal Schengen borders on June 15, so that Europeans could travel freely within the borderless areas just as they did before the COVID19 pandemic.
